Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
By using Takeroom you agree to these terms. Takeroom is in private beta, so features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
Your content
You own what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage, logos and likenesses.
Acceptable use
- Do not clone or imitate anyone's voice but your own. Voice cloning requires your live, recorded consent.
- Do not create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not present AI-generated people, statements or events as real in a way intended to mislead.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI output
Scripts, voices and images are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Claims Guard helps catch risky statements, but you are responsible for reviewing what you publish.
Plans and credits
Features and limits depend on your plan. Credits are used when you generate or render and are not redeemable for cash.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, Takeroom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Takeroom and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or change the beta with reasonable notice.
